About Us! Metropolitan Mortgage was founded as a partnership in February, 1990 to serve the mortgage needs of the Metro-Milwaukee area, and subsequently incorporated in January of 1994. Metropolitan Funding was incorporated in October of 1994 to provide quality mortgage products to the greater Midwest, specifically Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, and Colorado.
